Drew Loeb continued his hot streak on Thursday by dropping his fifth-straight game with at least five total tackles. He picked up four sacks and made seven total tackles (5.0 for loss), good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 1.4 sacks per game.

Loeb and Olympic Heights will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Park Vista at 6:30 p.m. on October 3. The Lions haven't beaten the Cobras recently, having gone 0-3 since October of 2022.
