Soccer Preview: Summit Country Day vs. Fairfield
The Summit Country Day Silver Knights will stay at home for another game and welcome the Fairfield Indians at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
Summit Country Day is headed into the contest having not lost since September 8 and will look to keep things rolling. They and Sycamore finished up their game with a 2-2 draw on Saturday. While a more conclusive result would've been nice, the Silver Knights got plenty of practice considering the match was the highest-scoring draw the team's played all season.
Meanwhile, Fairfield was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to Oak Hills.
Summit Country Day's draw gives them a new season record of 6-4-4. As for Fairfield, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-7-3.
