Volleyball Recap: Ballard Memorial Falls Short Against Ranked Henderson County

Ballard Memorial faced Henderson County in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Bombers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Colonels. The Bombers were not able to make up for their loss to the Colonels from their previous meeting back in September of 2016.

The defeat snapped Ballard Memorial's winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-2 record. As for Henderson County, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-1.

Coincidentally, Ballard Memorial and Henderson County will both be playing Central Hardin the next time they take the court. The Bombers will host the Bruins at 9:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Colonels will host them at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday.
