Football Game Recap: Colonial Beach vs. Rappahannock

The last time they met, Colonial Beach were the 46-18 winner over Rappahannock. This time around? They had no such luck. Colonial Beach didn't finish too far behind, but the team still lost 21-27 to Rappahannock on Friday. The loss was a vexing one since Colonial Beach were expected to win based on their state ranking.

The defeat dropped Colonial Beach's record to 3-2. The win bumped Rappahannock's record up to 5-2.

Next week Colonial Beach take on Essex at 7:00 PM. These teams are both seeking redemption after dropping matches that they were favored to win. As for Rappahannock, they will face off against Lancaster.
