Paulding will venture away from home to take on Parkway at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Paulding is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.4 runs per game this season.
Paulding will bounce into Monday's game after beating Tinora, who they had gone 0-3 against in their three prior meetings. The Panthers put the hurt on the Rams with a sharp 8-2 win on Friday. The victory was familiar territory for the Panthers, who have now won three contests in a row.

Tia Mendez spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered two runs (both of which were unearned) on five hits and racked up nine Ks. She has been consistent: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in eight consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, Mariah Klopfenstein and Cadence Schwab did most of the damage at the plate: Klopfenstein went 3-for-5 with one home run, four RBI, and one double, while Schwab went a perfect 4-for-4 with three runs, one stolen base, and one double. That's the most hits Schwab has posted since back in April of 2024. Civil Pumphrey was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.
Paulding hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Tinora struck out nine times.
Meanwhile, it was close, but on Thursday Parkway sidestepped Marion Local for a 4-3 win. The Panthers haven't had any issues with the Flyers recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.
Parkway's win was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-1. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.1 runs over those games. As for Paulding, their record is now 7-4.
Paulding suffered a grim 14-2 defeat to Parkway in their previous matchup back in April of 2024. Can Paulding avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
