Softball Recap: Dorman Cavaliers vs. Clover Blue Eagles

Dorman was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They suffered a rough 8-2 loss at the hands of the Clover Blue Eagles. Dorman was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Clover apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in May of 2023.

Dorman got a good showing from Makenzie Rapalee, who tossed 2.2 innings while giving up no earned run off two hits. Rapalee has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive pitching appearances.
