Soccer Game Preview: Lake-Lehman vs. Tunkhannock

Lake-Lehman is on an 11-game streak of home wins, while Tunkhannock is on a six-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Knights will welcome the Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Lake-Lehman's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by an 8-0 margin over Dunmore. The result was nothing new for Lake-Lehman, who have now won 13 contests by three goals or more so far this season.

Meanwhile, it may have taken extra minutes to finish the job, but Tunkhannock ultimately got the result they hoped for on Tuesday. They skirted past Riverside 4-3.

Tunkhannock's victory bumped their record up to 17-3. As for Lake-Lehman, their win bumped their record up to 20-1.
