Basketball Recap: Bryan Comes Up Short

Bryan suffered their biggest loss since March 1, 2024 on Tuesday. They came up short against the Archbold Blue Streaks, falling 57-32. The Golden Bears have struggled against the Blue Streaks recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.

Bryan's defeat dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Archbold, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bryan will challenge Patrick Henry at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Patrick Henry will roll in looking for their 12th straight win, something Bryan surely won't give up without a fight. As for Archbold, they will face off against Delta at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Archbold knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four contests -- so hopefully Delta likes a good challenge.
