Basketball Game Preview: McLane Highlanders vs. Lemoore Tigers

The McLane Highlanders and the Lemoore Tigers will face off at 5:00 p.m. on Friday without much rest having both just played. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

McLane is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Dinuba just ended the team's four-game winning streak on Thursday. They took a 37-31 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Emperors. The game marked the Highlanders' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Meanwhile, Lemoore was just a bucket shy of victory on Thursday and fell 53-52 to Central Valley Christian.

McLane's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Lemoore, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-3.

McLane didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Lemoore in their previous matchup back in December of 2019, but they still walked away with a 73-67 victory.
