Softball Game Preview: Starpoint Spartans vs. Williamsville East Flames

Starpoint hasn't had much luck against Williamsville East recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Spartans will be playing at home against the Flames at 5:00 p.m. Starpoint will be strutting in after a win while Williamsville East will be coming in after a loss.

Last Friday, Starpoint made easy work of Kenmore West and carried off a 13-4 victory.

Meanwhile, Williamsville East lost 17-1 to Orchard Park on Monday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Flames have suffered against the Quakers since April 21, 2016.

Williamsville East saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Abby Wesowloski, who scored a run while going 2-for-2.
