It was a good run, but Bottineau unfortunately witnessed the end of their 11-game winning streak on Monday. They fell 53-40 to South Prairie/Max. The Braves/Stars were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as South Prairie/Max apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

Bottineau's loss ended a 16-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 12-3. As for South Prairie/Max, the win keeps them at an undefeated 14-0.

Similarly, South Prairie/Max will challenge Dunseith at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday up 97 places (2 vs. 99).
