Baseball Recap: Bay Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Bay's offense. They lost 7-0 to the Lakewood Rangers on Tuesday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rangers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-0 on Monday.

This is the second loss in a row for Bay and nudges their season record down to 8-9. As for Lakewood, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-4.

Coincidentally, Bay and Lakewood will both be playing Rocky River the next time they take the field. The Rangers will host the Pirates at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Rockets will head out to face them at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
