Preview: Keene vs. Bedford
If the MaxPreps state rankings hold true, the near future looks bright for Bedford. They will challenge Keene on the road at 1:30 PM on Saturday. Bedford have bulldozed their previous seven opponents, so Keene might have their hands full.
Bedford might be getting used to good results now that the squad has seven wins in a row. They put the hurt on Bishop Guertin with a sharp 59-27 victory. Fans of Bedford have seen this all before: every one of Bedford's games this year has ended as a stomp.
Meanwhile, things haven't been easy for Keene, and their match last Friday only extended their streak of losses to six. They have to be aching after a bruising 18-47 loss to Nashua North last Friday. Keene were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 12-47.
Bedford's win lifted them to 7-0 while Keene's defeat dropped them down to 1-6. We'll see if Bedford's success rolls on or if Keene are able to steal their positive momentum.
