Volleyball Recap: Buffalo Comes Up Short

Buffalo came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to the St. Michael-Albertville Knights. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Knights this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in September.

Buffalo took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-20, 26-24.

Buffalo's defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 8-13. As for St. Michael-Albertville, their victory bumped their record up to 16-13.

Buffalo does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for St. Michael-Albertville, they will take on Sartell-St. Stephen at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
