With a playoff win on the line, Grand County rose to the challenge on Saturday. They walked away with a 7-4 victory over the San Juan Broncos. This was a revenge game for the Red Devils: when they faced off against the Broncos back in April, they had to take a 8-1 loss.

Tatym Bisco was incredible, going 3-for-4 with three runs, two doubles, and one RBI. That's the most doubles he has posted since back in May of 2024. Jt Dowd was another key player, going 3-for-4 with three RBI, one stolen base, and one double.

Grand County is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-12 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.9 runs over those games. As for San Juan, their defeat ended a 12-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 20-5.

Grand County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for San Juan, they will square off against Duchesne at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Broncos' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Eagles have averaged an impressive 7.1 runs per game this season.
