Baseball Recap: Manzanola Comes Up Short

Manzanola was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 21st straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the McClave Cardinals, falling 14-1. The Bobcats were not able to make up for their defeat to the Cardinals from their previous meeting back in March of 2024.

Mark Holland made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with one triple and one double.

Manzanola's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for McClave, the win keeps they at an undefeated 4-0.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Cardinals beat Manzanola by a score of 20-0 later that day.
