Jones had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.3 goals) and they went ahead and made it five on Tuesday. They never let the Bishop Badgers get on the board and left with a 5-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Trojans, who have now won eight contests by three goals or more so far this season.

Jones' win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-7. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those three matchups. As for Bishop, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.

Coincidentally, Jones and Bishop will both be playing Ingleside the next time they take the pitch. Jones will head out to face Ingleside at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, while Bishop will host them at 6:00 p.m. on March 11th.
