Basketball Recap: Kake Picks Up Tenth Consecutive Win

Kake put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They breezed by the Angoon Eagles to the tune of 60-27. The Thunderbirds have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five contests by 21 points or more this season.

Kake's victory was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-0. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 31.8 points. As for Angoon, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Kake beat Angoon by a score of 81-35 on Friday.
