Mountain Ridge kept a clean sheet against Millennium on Wednesday. They blew past the Millennium Tigers 9-0. The result was nothing new for the Mountain Lions, who have now won seven matches by seven goals or more so far this season.

Their offense was hitting Millennium from everywhere, as seven different players booted in a goal. Aryanna Peregrino led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

Mountain Ridge pushed their record up to 7-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those four contests. As for Millennium, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mountain Ridge will square off against Maryvale at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Millennium, they will face off against Corona del Sol at 7:00 p.m. on January 30th.
