Volleyball Recap: Juarez Takes a Loss

Juarez was the 2-0 winner over Hubbard when they last played one another back in March of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Eagles fell 2-0 to the Greyhounds on Wednesday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-19.

Isaiah Jauregui went supernova For Hubbard., getting seven digs and four aces. The dominant performance also gave Jauregui a new career-high in kills (two). Sebastian Lara was another key player, getting 12 digs and one assist.

Juarez's loss dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Hubbard, they now have a winning record of 5-4-2.

Juarez didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Hyde Park on the 24th. As for Hubbard, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Curie on the 24th.
