It was fun while it lasted, but Kinston's undefeated season came to an end after ten games on Tuesday. They took a 56-45 hit to the loss column at the hands of the East Duplin Panthers. The match marked the Vikings' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Kinston fell to 10-1. As for East Duplin, their victory was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 11-2.
