Basketball Recap: Shorecrest Prep Find Success

Shorecrest Prep posted their closest win since December 21, 2023 on Thursday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Osceola Warriors, sneaking past 44-41. That's more bragging rights for the Chargers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Nickolas Bearden continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, putting up 23 points. Ahmad Crumity was another key player, posting 12 points.

Shorecrest Prep is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.0 points per game. As for Osceola, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 14-11.
