Basketball Recap: Cement Comes Up Short

Cement was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They were beaten by the Apache Warriors 88-34. The Bulldogs were not able to make up for their defeat to the Warriors from their previous meeting back in January of 2024.

Cement's loss dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Apache, with the win, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-5.

When Cement and Apache next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Cement will try to stop Dove Science Academy's three-game winning streak when the meet at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Similarly, Apache will face off against Hobart and their four-game winning streak at 8:30 p.m. on Thursday.
