Xaverian lost to St. Francis Prep on Saturday, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Monday. The Clippers put the hurt on the Terriers with a sharp 18-7 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Clippers.

Patrick Hassel was a standout: he went 3-for-4 with six RBI, two runs, and one double. That's the most runs he has posted since back in March. The team also got some help courtesy of Lucas Zafra, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with three runs, three RBI, and two doubles.

Xaverian's victory bumped their record up to 9-14. As for St. Francis Prep, with the defeat, they broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 15-7.

Xaverian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for St. Francis Prep, they will face off against St. Edmund Prep at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Terriers are facing the Eagles at the right time seeing as the Eagles are stuck on a 15-game losing streak.
