Volleyball Recap: High Island Falls Short of Goodrich in the Playoffs + How To Watch

High Island and Goodrich squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but High Island had to settle for second. They came up short against the Hornets, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Cardinals have suffered since September 2nd.

High Island was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-19, 25-18.

High Island's loss dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Goodrich, their victory bumped their record up to 9-17.

As of now, neither High Island nor the Hornets have any future games scheduled.
