Sikeston is 9-1 against Farmington since February of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Sikeston Bulldogs will square off against the Farmington Knights at 6:00 p.m. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Sikeston comes in on nine and Farmington on 11.

The home team had won the previous three meetings between Sikeston and Central, and Sikeston kept the tradition alive. Sikeston claimed a resounding 84-37 win over Central. The Bulldogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 19 matches by 21 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Farmington was able to grind out a solid victory over Hillsboro on Friday, taking the game 62-49. Given the Knights' advantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 38th, while the Hawks are ranked 192nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Sikeston's win was their 35th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 25-3. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 34.6 points. As for Farmington, their victory bumped their record up to 26-2.

Sikeston came up short against Farmington in their previous meeting back in January, falling 81-74. Can Sikeston avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
