There's no place like home for Milford, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Anderson Raptors on Thursday as they made off with a 60-38 victory. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 35-11.

Milford's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Gabby Chadwell, who went 5-for-9 on her way to 14 points along with five assists and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Kylie Perone, who shot 54% from the field to rack up 16 points and eight boards.

They weren't the only ones working in the assist department: Milford was working as a unit and finished the game with 20 assists. They racked up ten more assists than Anderson's also-impressive total of ten.

When it comes to explaining why Anderson lost, don't look at Lexy Artis. Despite the final result, she posted seven points. Lucy Redman also deserves some recognition as she grabbed her first steal of the season.

Milford's record now sits at 4-1. As for Anderson, they dropped their record down to 1-4 with the loss, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.
