Hammond's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 12-2 margin over the Ben Lippen Falcons. With that victory, the Skyhawks brought their scoring average up to 6.3 runs per game.

The team relied heavily on Madge Miller, who went 3-for-4 with three RBI and two runs. That's the most hits she has posted since back in May of 2024. Ali Dorrington was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two runs and one triple.

Hammond was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .393. That's the best batting average they've posted all season.

Hammond now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Ben Lippen, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Hammond will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Falcons: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
