Basketball Recap: Kevin Ntim Key Part of Team Effort in Fighting Red Wolves Win

The home team had won the previous six meetings between Cedar Ridge and Northern Durham, and Cedar Ridge kept the tradition alive. The Fighting Red Wolves came out on top against the Knights by a score of 67-57 on Thursday. The Fighting Red Wolves pushed the score to 60-39 by the end of the third, a deficit the Knights cut but never quite recovered from.

Cedar Ridge got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Kevin Ntim out in front who went 6-for-10 en route to 18 points and six rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of AJ Seymore, who shot 63% from the field to rack up 15 points and three steals.

The win got Cedar Ridge back to even at 1-1. As for Northern Durham, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.
