Basketball Recap: Bad Axe Snaps Five-Game Streak of Losses at Home

Bad Axe entered their tilt with Memphis on Friday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They put the hurt on the Memphis Yellowjackets with a sharp 58-38 victory. While the Hatchets didn't have the best season last year (they finished 6-17), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Bad Axe's win ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 4-1. As for Memphis, they are on a 28-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Bad Axe will venture away from home to take on Caro at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Memphis will take on Peck in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
