Basketball Recap: Pendleton County Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Pendleton County saw some tournament action on Friday. They took a 60-53 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Campbellsville Eagles.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Campbellsville to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jalen Gribbins, who shot 56% from the field on his way to 17 points. Another player making a difference was Keaton Hord, who went 5-for-10 to rack up 16 points.

Pendleton County dropped their record down to 4-4 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for Campbellsville, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-5 record.

Pendleton County wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 55-53 win against Thomas Nelson on the 27th. As for Campbellsville, they have also already played their next matchup, a 67-61 loss against Harlan County on the 27th.
