Football Preview: Randallstown Rams vs. Loch Raven Raiders        
        
		
             Randallstown has enjoyed the comforts of home their last three games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will head out to  square off against the Loch Raven Raiders  at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.
 Last Friday, Randallstown took their  matchup  with ease, bagging  a  47-6 victory over Lansdowne. The Rams might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six games by 20  points or more this season.
  William Pinkett was nothing short of spectacular: he threw for 234 yards and two touchdowns while completing 87.5% of his passes, and also rushed for 51 yards. Those 51  rushing yards gave  him a new career-high.  Kendall Dorsey was  Pinkett's top target, picking up 109 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
 On the other side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Randallstown's defense and their six sacks. The heavy lifting was done by  Keon Stewart and  Hillary Erondu, who racked up  four sacks between them.
 Meanwhile,  after only eight  points in their last  contest, Loch Raven made sure to put some  points up on the board against Pikesville  on Thursday. Loch Raven blew past Pikesville 36-14. With the Raiders ahead  28-6 at the half, the  match was all but over already.
 Randallstown pushed their record up to 7-1 with the  win, which was their fourth straight  at home. As for Loch Raven, they have  been performing  well recently as they've  won four of their last five matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record  this season.
 Thursday's   game might be decided in the on the ground. Randallstown has been unstoppable on the ground this season,  having  averaged 202.8  rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Loch Raven struggles in that department as   they've been averaging 176.6. It's looking like  Thursday's  contest might have some serious battles in the trenches.
 Everything came up roses for Randallstown against Loch Raven in their previous meeting  back in October of 2023, as the  squad secured  a  41-6 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Randallstown since the  team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
