Holy Name has been on a difficult stretch since their win on the 4th. They came up short against the Lutheran West Longhorns on Saturday, falling 5-1. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Holy Name of the 3-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2021.

Their goal came courtesy of Owen Pry, who's now up to two this season.

Holy Name's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6-3. As for Lutheran West, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-6-1.

Holy Name wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next matchup, a 1-0 victory against Brush on the 22nd. As for Lutheran West, they will venture away from home to challenge Orange at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
