Hamlin has gone 8-2 against Milbank recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Hamlin Chargers will face off against the Milbank Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m. Hamlin is coming into the game hot, having won their last seven games.

Hamlin is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of South Dakota's top teams: West Central, who was ranked sixth at the time (Hamlin was ranked fifth). Hamlin managed a 53-48 victory over West Central on Saturday.

Meanwhile, in Saturday's Canine Competition, Milbank prevailed. They blew past Elk Point-Jefferson 50-30 on Saturday. The win was some much needed relief for the Bulldogs as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Hamlin has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matches, which provided a nice bump to their 12-2 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 36.1 points. As for Milbank, their victory bumped their record up to 5-9.

Hamlin took their win against Milbank in their previous matchup back in December of 2023 by a conclusive 63-43. The rematch might be a little tougher for Hamlin since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
