Volleyball Recap: Saint Viator Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Saint Viator, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They came out on top against the Warren Township Blue Devils by a score of 2-0 on Wednesday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Lions also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.

Saint Viator not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Warren Township between 16 and 18 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-18.

Mary Francl paced Saint Viator's offense, picking up eight kills. Francl got some help from Olive Meyers and her 11 assists. Erin Lynch controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

The win got Saint Viator back to even at 1-1. As for Warren Township, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 1-1.
