Basketball Game Preview: Hereford Whitefaces vs. Seminole Indians

Hereford hasn't had much luck against Seminole recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Whitefaces will challenge the Indians at 5:30 p.m.

Hereford is headed into the game having just suffered their biggest loss since December 12, 2025 on Tuesday. They lost 63-42 to Randall.

Meanwhile, Seminole had already won 12 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 58.8 points) and they went ahead and made it 13 on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Eagles 92-17. Given the Indians' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 41st, while the Eagles are ranked 1364th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Seminole's win bumped their record up to 29-4. As for Hereford, their defeat dropped their record down to 24-9.

Hereford suffered a grim 64-41 defeat to Seminole in their previous matchup back in November of 2023. Can the Whitefaces avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
