Soccer Recap: Aurora Comes Up Short

Aurora was the 3-1 winner over Monett when they last played one another back in April, but their luck changed this time around. The Houn Dawgs lost 4-1 to the Cubs on Thursday. Aurora have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Aurora's loss dropped their record down to 6-11-1. As for Monett, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 7-12.

Coming up, Aurora will welcome Clinton at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Monett, they will face off against Logan-Rogersville at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Logan-Rogersville will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something Monett surely won't give up without a fight.
