Winning always takes teamwork, but on Tuesday Brendan McCullough stepped things up a notch to give Wright the 'W'. McCullough pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. The performance also marked the most strikeouts (four) he has had over his last four games.

McCullough's strong effort led Wright over Ontonagon and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Red Devils are a perfect 6-0 against the Gladiators going back to May of 2022, a lead they'll look to extend.
