Softball Recap: Cape Henry Collegiate Takes a Loss

Cape Henry Collegiate lost to Catholic back in March and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Dolphins took a 6-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Crusaders. The Dolphins have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Cape Henry Collegiate saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Payton DeValda, who went 2-for-3 with one run and one double.

Cape Henry Collegiate's loss dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Catholic, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-7.

Coming up, Cape Henry Collegiate will be playing in front of their home fans against Manor at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Catholic, they will square off against Tallwood at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
