Hargrave and Bullard squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Hargrave had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 3-1. The Falcons' loss signaled the end of their seven-game winning streak.

John Dolan and Avry Cordell did some serious damage despite the final result: Dolan went 1-for-2 with one triple and one RBI, while Cordell went 2-for-4 with one triple, one run, and one double.

Hargrave's defeat dropped their record down to 21-9-2. As for Bullard, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 16 of their last 17 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 26-7 record this season.

While Hargrave had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
