Fowler had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 10.3 runs) and they went ahead and made it four on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Pewamo-Westphalia Pirates with a sharp 13-4 victory. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won 13 games by seven runs or more so far this season.

Fowler's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 19-7. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.7 runs over those games.
