After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Anna-Jonesboro, Carterville was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Pinckneyville Panthers with a sharp 15-3 win. The Lions might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten contests by six runs or more this season.
The team relied heavily on Parker Poole, who went 2-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one stolen base. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in April. Another player making a difference was Haiden Lange, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs and one RBI.
