After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Devils Lake, Thompson was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They were the clear victor by a 58-36 margin over the Central Cass Squirrels. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Tommies have posted against the Squirrels since December 14, 2017.

Thompson had a senior duo take command as Karter Peterson dropped a double-double with 17 points and 14 boards and Gavin Krogstad almost dropped a double-double with 20 points and nine rebounds.
