Northwest took down Chilhowee 74-14 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Hardin-Central made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 526 from 617.
Chilhowee's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Indians feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Colter Armstrong has thrown for 907 yards and 10 touchdowns this season, while Josiah Carr has 19 catches for 330 yards. Armstrong also leads the league in rushing with 490 yards.
The marquee game in the league this week will be the clash between the Indians and Norborne. Chilhowee comes into the matchup ranked 17th in the state, while the Pirates ranks 18th.
The Mustangs led the league in scoring this week after putting up 74 points on Gary Ligon's team.
