Delta had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Providence Hall on Thursday. The Rabbits were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Patriots. The win continues a trend for the Rabbits in their matchups with the Patriots: they've now won seven in a row.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Delta was: they took every set by at least 15 points. The final score came out to 25-10, 25-10, 25-9.

Tayden King paced Delta's offense, picking up ten kills. King got some help from Kambri Mecham and her 30 assists. Daijah Willoughby controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Delta's victory bumped their record up to 21-7. As for Providence Hall, they have been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 12 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-14 record this season.

Delta and Providence Hall will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matchups. The next time the Rabbits see the court they'll take on Carbon at 9:00 a.m. on the 27th. As for Providence Hall, their break will end when they face Ogden at 10:30 a.m. on the 27th.
