Volleyball Game Preview: Parkview Vikings vs. Central Bulldogs

The Parkview Vikings will head out on the road to face off against the Central Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Parkview comes in still looking for their first win of the season.

Parkview lost 3-0 to Willard on Tuesday.

Parkview took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-14, 25-16.

Meanwhile, Central came up short against Glendale on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The Bulldogs have struggled against the Falcons recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

While Central was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The final score came out to 25-21, 26-24, 25-9.

Parkview's loss dropped their record down to 0-14-1. As for Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-10-3.

Parkview might still be hurting after the 3-0 loss they got from Central when the teams last played back in October of 2024. Can the Vikings avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
