Soccer Recap: Nottoway Starts Season with Loss on the Road

Nottoway had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Randolph-Henry Statesmen on Wednesday. Nottoway haven't had much luck with Randolph-Henry recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Randolph-Henry now has a winning record of 2-1-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Nottoway will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Amelia County at 5:00 p.m. on April 9. As for Randolph-Henry, they will square off against Bruton at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
