Basketball Recap: Cory-Rawson Comes Up Short

Cory-Rawson lost against Arcadia back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Cory-Rawson Fighting Hornets took a 50-42 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Arcadia Redskins.

Cory-Rawson has also been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-15 record this season. As for Arcadia, their win bumped their record up to 15-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cory-Rawson will square off against Arlington at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Arcadia, they will be taking part in a tournament against Hopewell-Loudon at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Hopewell-Loudon will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Arcadia surely won't give up without a fight.
