Basketball Recap: Four Corners Takes Down Discovery in a Playoff Battle

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Four Corners walked away with it. They strolled past the Discovery Spartans with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 43-28. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 51-26 two weeks ago.

Four Corners' success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Lauren Jorda led the charge by putting up seven points and eight boards. Danielys Pena Ponce was another key player, scoring 12 points and five rebounds.
