Football Recap: Howard Tech Takes Loss Despite Strong Efforts from Fletcher Williams and Christopher Bradley + How To Watch

Howard Tech was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat dating back to last season. They were four points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 23-19 heartbreaker at the hands of the Franklin County Rebels.

Christopher Bradley and Fletcher Williams certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Bradley picked up 149 receiving yards and one touchdown, while Williams threw for 178 yards and one TD. Bradley's longest reception was for an incredible 95 yards.

Howard Tech's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Franklin County, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Coming up, Howard Tech is taking a road trip to face off against Sequoyah at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Franklin County, they will welcome Warren County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
